1. About these terms
These terms apply to all purchases made through this website, operated by RSR Miah Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Placing an order means you accept these terms.
2. Products and availability
All products are genuine branded goods sourced from authorised distributors. Stock levels shown are indicative; if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will refund it in full without delay.
3. Prices and payment
Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch.
4. Delivery
We dispatch from UK stock, normally within one working day. Delivery estimates are given at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes when payment is received in full.
5. Returns and refunds
You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and we accept returns of unopened items for 30 days. Opened cosmetics and personal care items can only be returned if faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
6. Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace or refund it, including any return postage.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Last updated: July 2026.
